I began my love of makeup artistry while competing at the national Miss USA Pageant as Miss Mississippi USA in 2008, where I placed as first runner-up. I fell in love with idea of making women feel their absolute best, and I knew I wanted to share that experience.

After moving to the Norfolk area in 2011, I began work as a bridal consultant. By working closely with brides and helping them create a beautiful wedding party, I realized that I wanted to be involved even further by adding the finishing touch to the bride. Since then, I have enjoyed making each and every bride's vision come to life!

Not only has my work been featured in numerous wedding blogs and local magazines, but I've also done makeup for the Backstreet Boys, the national Miss USA Pageant, the Today Show, and Face the Nation on CBS News!

I am a the Master Artist of BlushTones in Kansas City, Missouri, and I LOVE what I do! I started my career in the beauty industry by becoming a Licensed Master Esthetician in 2014. Originally from Kansas City, the Air Force moved my husband and I to the Hampton Roads area in 2013 where became a part of the BlushTones team.

My journey eventually lead me back home, but I decided to bring BlushTones with me to Kansas City! From prepping the skin with facials, dermaplaning, and eyebrow threading, to finishing off the look with false lashes and lip gloss, my goal is to bring out your beauty from within.

I have always been passionate about all things beauty! I remember being young and I was allowed to wear makeup once a year for my dance recitals. I haven't been able to put down the lipstick and makeup brushes since!

I started my journey as a makeup artist at the age of 16 years old doing prom makeup for close friends. Over the past 6 years I have worked for a TV station, been featured in The Health Journal, and have been a part of so many beautiful brides' special day. In December of 2016, my path in the beauty industry lead me to the Blushtones team. Aside from the glitz and glam of makeup artistry, the most rewarding aspect for me is that I am able to use my talents to give back to the community through charities and non profit organizations. They say confidence is beauty and I say a little lipstick never hurt!
